We went into Heroes tonight and were treated so poorly we walked out. Without being offered food or drink an employee demanded that we open a tab, that we "couldn't do it later," when we let him know that we fully intended on placing an order (food and drinks) but we weren't ready he told us that we couldn't have a table if we didn't order something (yes, I agree that this makes sense but when a customer tells you they intend to order but aren't ready yet you don't argue with them and tell them they have to order to keep their table). We then posted on their Facebook page, saying much of what was said here, but mistakenly referred to the employee as an owner. When we went back to reply and correct our mistake we discovered our post had been deleted without any reasonable resolution even attempted. Furthermore, while tonights experience was with an employee, we've also had past negative experiences with the owner. Our past experiences combined with our experience tonight and their reaction to our Facebook post seems to show that poor customer service is common practice for this business, unfortunately, and they don't seem interested in correcting it. .
